How to Grow Lemon Balm Microgreens

1. Prepare a well-draining growing medium using a fine blend of coco coir, perlite, and vermiculite. Fill the tray to approximately half its depth and moisten the medium evenly.

2. Lightly mist the surface before sowing.

3. Evenly distribute the Lemon Balm seeds across the surface, taking care not to oversow, as Lemon Balm microgreens require space for proper leaf development.
