Chervil (Anthriscus cerefolium) is an annual herb related to Parsley.Ā Also, called French Parsley.
It has a mild flavour with hints of liquorice and is commonly used as seasoning in a variety of dishes. Chervil is an addition to the finesĀ herbs frequently used in French cooking. The finesĀ herbs include Chervil, Chives, Tarragon and Parsley.

Growing notes:
Chervil grows well in partial shade. Seeds can be sown in the garden from early Spring to late Summer. Keep away from intense afternoon sun it can cause plants to bolt quicker. Also does well in large containers.
