Microgreen seeds include:
Broccoli – 60 grams – suggested 18 grams per standard 53 x 27 x 3 cm grow tray
Sunflower – 450 grams- suggested 150 grams per standard 53 x 27 x 3 cm grow tray
Rambo Radish – 50 grams- suggested 25 grams per standard 53 x 27 x 3 cm grow tray
Grain Pea – 400 grams- suggested 200 grams per standard 53 x 27 x 3 cm grow tray
Japanese Radish – 50 grams- suggested 30 grams per standard 53 x 27 x 3 cm grow tray

Basic Steps for Growing:
- Lay a thin layer of moist coco peat and perlite mixture in a tray, about half the depth of the tray. Mist the surface of the grow medium.
- Cover the surface area with seeds. Refer to suggested sow weight for our standard 53 x 27 x3 cm grow tray.
- Press down firmly and mist with water.
- Add another tray (preferably without holes) on top of the seeds. Add weight on the empty tray in the form of a thin tile or small stone. 1.5 to 2 kg weights. This helps to form strong roots and get rid of unwanted seed hulls.
- Keep wet with a spray bottle until all seeds have germinated. Remove top tray and flip over to place greens into blackout. This helps the stems to lengthen.
- After about 1 to 2 days place the tray into light. This could be into artificial light or sunlight. An exposed windowsill will work just fine.
- Make sure they have enough water each day.
Grow time:
Broccoli: 10 – 14 days
Sunflower: 7 – 12 days
Rambo Radish: 10 – 14 days
Grain Pea: 14 – 18 days
Japanese Radish: 10 – 14 days
